The hotel is impressive, beautiful, romantic and special. In the middle of a jubglez you can see monkeys too if you're lucky! The stuff are good too. The room is beautiful, the shower is big and amazing.

The food was amazing, they have an amazing Chef, every lunch and dinner was changing per day. The staff was great, from the front desk to the house/room keepers, the shuttle staff and the kitchen service, everyone was eager to help, really friendly, their service was excellent.

A spectacular place!! Even though the restaurant options are quite limited, the food at any of the ones available has a unique and delicious flavor! The staff is always very friendly; the only issue is that we didn't receive the hotel points or credits for the spa. The hiking trail in the jungle mountain in front of the hotel is great.

Great place to spend holidays with small kids. Loved the pools and the new water park. It is also all inclusive but does not feel like the normal all inclusive hotels where crowds are everywhere and food is not great.

The food options were good. Also, the staff was very friendly! I highly recommend booking a reservation at their Hayashi restaurant.

The staff is absolutely amazing, the food is good and the place is very pretty! The beach club is pretty cool!
